Connor has extensive experience working in the business rates system and prosecuting appeals across a wider range of asset classes with a particular focus on Offices, Industrials, Retail warehouses, Leisure and Licenced Property.
Prior to joining ForeView, Connor spent over 7 years at The Valuation Office, where he worked on the Inner London team undertaking Challenge and Appeal work, along with being involved in Revaluations in the North West.
Connor holds an undergraduate degree in Real Estate from Liverpool John Moores University and a HNC in Construction and Property. He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) having passed his APC in November 2022.
Outside of work, Connor spends his weekends watching football and is a season ticket holder at Everton. He also enjoys playing padel and golf.
