James has worked in the Business Rates industry for over 13 years, gaining valuable experience from both a ratepayer and a Council perspective. Prior to joining ForeView, James worked at Capita on a number of Local Government Contracts including Brent, Lambeth and Barnet as well as previously being Team Leader of their largest contract, Westminster City Council. James also previously worked at Altus Group alongside Co-Founders Edward Searle & Sam Walters for 2 ½ years where he worked in the Empty Rates team on a number of large mandates for institutional investors and property companies. James is highly experienced in providing rates management and payment services whilst also highly skilled in providing accurate budgetary and financial reports to his client base.
Outside of work, James is a keen 5 -a-side and 11-a-side footballer as well as playing tennis at his local club. He is also an avid traveller and is trying to tick off as many of his bucket list destinations as possible.
