Edward graduated from the University of Essex with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Modern History in 2014, followed by a Masters in History in 2015. Edward’s professional journey in the world of property started in 2017 with Altus Group, where he worked closely with Phillip Legg, providing business rates advice to central London occupiers.
Edward has worked on the 2010, 2017, 2023 and 2026 rating lists with a focus on research and sourcing information vital to the success of cases for the Check Challenge and Appeal system. He has submitted and agreed many cases with with the VOA with a particular specialism is securing reductions relating to neighbouring building works. Edward strives to provide in depth analysis and precision to assist the team in securing the best results for the ever growing ForeView client base.
Outside of work Edward is an avid enjoyer of history, art and music. As well as a love of sports such as football and basketball.”
