Claire brings over 20 years of experience in business development and insurance within the property and construction sectors. She has a proven track record of growing pipelines, specialising in structural warranty and latent defects divisions, along with negotiating insurer partnerships and consistently exceeding sales targets.
Throughout her career, Claire has worked with leading firms such as LABC Services, moving into the Insurance sector when she set up the first LABC New Homes Warranty in conjunction with Premier Guarantee, BLP Insurance, PIB Insurance Brokers and Towergate. Her expertise lies in building strong networks with developers, contractors, insurers, and consultants to deliver tailored solutions for complex client needs.
At ForeView, Claire leverages her deep industry knowledge to provide colleagues and clients with strategic advice and innovative solutions, helping them navigate risk and maximise value. She is passionate about raising company profiles, driving growth pipelines, and creating long-term partnerships that deliver measurable results.
