Callum completed his undergraduate degree at Oxford Brookes University followed by his postgraduate degree in Real Estate at the University of Reading in 2019. Since then, he has qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has a specialised in assisting landlords and occupiers with all aspects of Business Rates.
Callum prides himself on providing his clients with a detailed approach to any given situation to ensure their business rates are reviewed thoroughly before assisting them with mitigation strategies and reduction services. He has a broad range of knowledge within commercial property sector, covering a wide range of asset classes including office, industrial and retail properties. Whilst Callum practices within the Central London and Southeast markets, he has several clients within the regions that have benefitted from his industry expertise.
Prior to joining ForeView, Callum was a Surveyor at Altus Group where he started off his Business Rates career and worked alongside the co-founders at ForeView. Following that, he moved to Hanway Commercial as a Senior Surveyor, where he worked as a General Practitioner and gained invaluable experience working within the Valuation and Lease Advisory teams alongside his Business Rates role.
Outside of work, Callum enjoys cheering on his beloved Newcastle United football club and when that isn’t going well he enjoys getting outdoors, whether that’s completing Ironman Triathlons or simply getting out on the golf course with friends.
