Jon has advised commercial property owners and assisted them in mitigating and managing the voids within their portfolios for nearly ten years. He has worked with some of the most well known institutional investors, developers, private landlords, asset managers and agents in the UK. Jon enjoys building close relationships with clients and ensuring they get the very best-in-class advice.
Jon’s experience advising on all types of vacant commercial property means that he understands which strategy is best suited to each property and can advise accordingly, meaning the client always benefits from the maximum return.
Before joining ForeView, Jon spent two years as a Director at Principled Offsite Logistics, providing rates mitigation advice to landlords and ratepayers. Prior to that, Jon worked alongside Ed & Sam for six years in the Empty Rates Team at Altus Group.
Jon spends much of his time outside of work at home in Devon with his wife and two children. He can often be found on a hockey pitch, where as a Goalkeeper he has attained both National & International honours. Jon is currently working towards his AssocRICS accreditation.
